There will be a mandatory meeting of the State Music Ministry Representatives on April 5, 2008.
The state Music Ministry
will meet with the Local Church Choir Presidents
at a specified location on May 3, 2008.
Each local church choir
president is required to be at this meeting.
The songs for the Convocation will be taught on this day,
so that you may go back and teach them to your choirs.
